Vito and I want to take this time to thank you for all that you’ve done to sell our home as well as bring together the purchase of our new home. We love our new house; I hate leaving in the morning to go to work! We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the follow-through that you provided us with. Prompt, return phone calls are very important to both Vito and I as you know. It’s something that we consider in anyone that we’re going to do business with. If we feel that someone does not feel that we’re important enough to return a phone call to, than we will cease working with that person right away. We’ve never hat that problem with you. From the time our home went off the market last May after being listed with another company for 4 months, you called us religiously to see if we’d changed our mind about listing, but you were never pushy. Your quick response at times when we felt things weren’t going smoothly is greatly appreciated. All in all, the transition went relatively well with just a few bumps at the end, buy we’ve all survived.

We’d like to also take this time to express our appreciation to Lisa. She was wonderful and a delight to talk to over the phone. When we called her with a question, if she didn’t know the answer she’d find out and get right back to us. Again, she had the same level of follow-through service that we expected. It was a pleasure working with both of you. We will definitely contact you again for future business as well as refer all of our friends to you. Thank you again for all that you’ve done.

I would highly recommend Mike Morawski as an excellent realtor. I started my search in September of 2002. Mike put my property up for sale in October 2002 the first week of the month.
